The superbly entertaining end of season saloon car meeting with the Victor Meldrew Trophy, the superb BARC SE Tin Tops and the P8R Saloons. Always a wonderful day out. Where has the season gone...? |

The Lotus 1000km race was once again a fantastic day. Staggeringly close and a real end of season highlight! |

A very odd day. 3 rolling trucks and one of them was a circuit fire truck! Just when you think you've seen it all... |

The Truck Spooctacular comes to Brands! |

And so the series starts to wind down. The MSVR Race Day at Brands feating the Elise Trophy, Lotus Cup Uk and supports. And I was in a t-shirt for goodness sake! |

The final round of the PGTi series and it's been a fantastic year shadowing their every move. Congrats to unofficial champion Nick Porter!! |

The Saturday of the Formula Ford Fesitval featuring mainly qualifying. Such a shame it isn't what it was. |

Another first! A round the clock race for the BritCar 24hr at Silverstone on the new circuit. Well, almost round the clock if you excuse the few hours nice sleep in the hotel! |

Whilst I was sunning myself I wheeled Fake Jon out to cover the PGTi races at Snetterton 300 circuit. |

A foreign adventure with Autosport to cover the PBMW championship races at Zandvoort in the Dutch sand dunes. A fabulous weekend and so very enjoyable! |

Race day and it rained. A lot. Whilst I wasn't ready. And then I got champagne in my face. Twice. Actually quite an enjoyable weekend! |

The extremely impressive German DTM machines were back at Brands Hatch for the 6th time with supports from the Elise Trophy and Lotus Cup UK (hence why I was there) |

Another sadly very poorly supported meeting featuring 40 minute races for the Crossle series with only 6 cars. Also with Production Touring Cars (not lots of them either) but rescued by the hugely entertaining Mini races! You'll note maybe that the gallery style has changed back again... I didn't like it! |

A long race with not many cars meant a nice long lunch break. Surely a 16 car race should entitle you to 16 minutes circuit time and not 3 hours... |

The massed ranks of the MSVR MonoPosto championship take to the Brands Hatch GP circuit along with Golf GTI's and qualifying for the GT Trophy race |

Day 2 of a thoroughly entertaining weekend at Brands with the BRSCC package. Production GTi races once again were superb with the mass racks of Mazdas providing plenty of thrills and spills! |

A damp start and warm finish for a FunCup 3hr race that was actually very good! Supported with bumper grids of MX5s and Porsches. Sunday's shots to follow early in the week |

Back on Lotus duty as they supported the FIA Formula 2 championship on the Brands GP loop. Bumper grids and the usual antics! |

Production BMW and Project 8 Saloons along with BritCar and Smart Cars. Seriously... Smart Cars. Someone must have been very drunk... |

The Sunday from Rockingham. You might notice the new gallery layouts aswell as a precursor to the website re-design being launched in the next fortnight. You're excited I can tell! |

Well look at that! A whole month off! A new circuit for me to go to aswell with the cancellation of the Donington round next weekend, the PGTi guys and girls grabbed a slot on the Rockingham timetable. What a place... |

Well, it rained quite a bit! This one's a bit late thanks to a holiday and lack of wifi... Oopsie! |

The Production GTi championship rocks into Thruxton with bigger grids and some fantastic racing. Ably supported by the BARC Touring Cars, some Formula Fords and BritCar |

The first wet day at Brands for about 8 years I think and it caught me out as I was still in my shorts. It also seemed to catch a few others out though as a lot of Safety Car time! |

More GP loop excitement on a very warm day. Radicals were there to support the Project 8 Saloons through the woodland although I still managed to get covered in gravel! |

The GP loop for the first time this year and the wonderfully evocative Masters Historic Festival main day. The sun stayed out whilst the rest of the country got soggy! |

A slightly late selection of shots from Cadwell Park and a busy day as working for Autosport. Some wonderful racing and it even rained! Forgotten what that looks like... |

An away weekend at the beautiful Cadwell Park and the MSVR circus rolls into town. A tight and twisty circuit, it makes for such lovely photos |

A new camera toy in the shape of Canon's 1D MkIV and boy does it take some pretty photos. The CTCRC were out along with BARC Formula Renault (as dull as regular FRenault in case you're wondering) |

The more modern ranks of the CSCC took to the Indy circuit for the Sunday with some fantastic racing and hordes of Caterhams |

Some wonderful cars on the Brands Indy circuit with the Classic Sports Car Club. Longer races meant more chances for photos and for some spills |

More Production BMW's, more great racing and more of a sun tan! |

MSVR's packed grids, the wonderful Brands Hatch Indy circuit and yet more lovely weather combined for a gorgeous day. This really is a lovely sport to follow around some times! |

The launch of a new series in the form of Production GTi based on the same ethos as Production BMW. True grass roots motorsport on an even level. Can't really go wrong can you! Oh, and Combe really smells when the farmers are muck spreading... |

Quite possibly one of the biggest accidents at Brands in recent years in the MR2 series but fortunately both drivers are ok. The 750MC meeting goes with a bang... |

The 750MC is one of the best meetings of the year and the Saturday proved what a variety there is in it! |

Phew what a scorcher! The more modern element of the MG family were out to play along with the BARC SE series meanign this was always going to be a good day! |

Summer arrived with a scorching day at Brands in the April sunshine for the more classic element of the MGCC and also the Porsche national club championships |

But it wasn't rainy today! A gorgeous day and rolling trucks and legends. Not that I was near any of it for once! |

As the rest of country basked in sunshine Brands was once again spitting with rain! Nice to be back at the old stamping ground for the start of the "home" season |

You'd think they'd wait until later in the season to aim for me but no! Sad to see some very bent race cars so early in the season. Warmed a bit to the circuit as the temperature fell |

The proper season is underway then with the inaugral meeting on the Snetterton 300 circuit. It's a sea of mud and generic armco background from a photographers point of view if I'm honest... |

Marginally warmer and some excellent racing! Day 2 of the BEMSEE season opener |

Eyes down for a full house then! The only warm up for the season was the BEMSEE meeting at Brands Hatch and a mghty chilly one it was to! And this guy walked away by the way |

The second rally of the year and another stage rally round Goodwood. Fantastic win for Paul Diamond after some excellent competition. An event not to be missed in the future! |

For the first time in 20-odd years the Brands Hatch Stage Rally returns around the indy circuit, paddock and access roads. A superb event and wonderful entry means this is already in 2012's diary |
